Privacy Policy

This explains what the operator of Reel Platform collects when you use Reel Platform, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• The topics you type, the scripts we write, and the reels we make for you.
• Your credit balance and purchases. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Basic technical logs (time, page, errors) to keep the service secure and working.

We don’t use advertising trackers and we don’t sell your information.

Who processes it for us

To make reels we send only what each step needs to these providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (website), Cloudflare (video storage), Trigger.dev (background jobs);
• Stripe (payments);
• Anthropic (scripts and topic checks), ElevenLabs (voice), OpenAI (pictures), fal.ai (video clips).

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, topics and reels while your account is open. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Working files used during a render may be deleted after the reel is delivered.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and reels. To do any of these, reply to any email we've sent you. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
