Terms of Use

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Reel Platform (“we”, “us”) for using Reel Platform. By signing in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What the service does

You type a topic and we use AI models to write a script, a voice-over, pictures and short video clips, then edit them into a vertical video (“reel”). Writing a script is free, and so is your first reel. After that, making a reel costs credits, shown on the button before you confirm.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to make content that:

We check topics automatically and may refuse a topic, stop a reel, or close an account that breaks these rules. Refused topics never cost credits.

Your reels

As between you and us, you own the reels you make and can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You give us permission to store and process your topics, scripts and reels to run the service. AI output can be wrong, odd or similar to other people’s output; you’re responsible for checking a reel before you publish it. Story reels are fiction.

The service

We work to keep the service running and your reels available, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we close the service, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and refund unused credits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions: reply to any email we've sent you.
